Rent a boat
- Fuel is included in the price of rent so it’s not required to return the boat with full tank.
- Depending on the boat, the initial amount of fuel on board is 40 or 12 liters of petrol. This amount is sufficient for carefree cruising in local waters. If you wish to go further you should refuel at one of the closest marine gas stations: Crikvenica (12 NM to the southeast), Opatija (14 NM to the west) and Krk (27 NM to the south).
- To rent a boat you must be certified as a boat skipper. Category “A” is adequate for the rubber boat Talamex (less then 15 kW propulsion engine) while for the speed boat Marvel you need category “B” (more than 15 kW propulsion engine).
- If you don’t have an adequate certificate, the skipper service is available and charged 50 EUR for the day and 30 EUR half day.
- Before renting a boat a contract is signed and security deposit made. Deposit can be 100 or 200 euro, depending on the boat and it will be fully refunded after the boat is returned on time and without damage.
